Antioxidants are the disease fighting entities in our body's. What does this mean for you? Well, it pretty much means that any and all diseases could possibly be defeated or prevented with the power of antioxidants. So the question then comes: Where do I get these powerful antioxidants? Because I am the Green Tea Geek I am going to tell you that you get them in Green Tea, which is true, but there are also many other places that you can find antioxidants (Beans, berries, artichokes, etc.). These powerful antioxidants stop free radicals from damaging your body. Free radicals are also known to be a leading cause behind aging and deterioration of the body. So that could mean that these antioxidants don't just keep you healthy, but they keep you youthful as well.
