Green Tea and Weight Loss

Among the many benefits of green tea is the power of weight loss and weight management. Studies have found that green tea extract can cause the metabolism to increase by about 4%. Sure that might not sound like a lot, but any increase in the metabolism means an increase in calorie burning. The best method I have found is combining green tea and exercise. This way the green tea gets the metabolism going and then the exercise keeps it going strong. Now you could try just the green tea alone, but I am not sure that it is enough to cause any large amount of weight loss. So if you only need to drop a few pounds this could be the best for you, but for those of us who need to drop more than just a few pounds, the exercise will help.
